For stays over 7 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is required at the same cost as the regular cleaning fee. We can accommodate either 1 large animal (50-75 lbs) or two small animals (under 40 lbs). Pets must be kenneled and house trained, and leashed at all times when outside of the apartment. Guests are responsible for any damages or injury caused by their animals. Pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding, sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed. Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy and pet fees must be paid. There isn’t a washer or dryer in the apartment or on site.
