All pets must be kenneled and house trained, leashed at all times if outside the home, and pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed of in the garbage receptacles outside of the home. All pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding, sheets, and blankets, or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed.
