A maximum of either 1 large animal 50-75 lbs or two small animals under 40 lbs are allowed. All pets must be kenneled and house trained and must be leashed at all times if outside the home (unless in fenced in back yard). All pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed of in our garbage receptacles outside of the home. All pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding and off sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed. All guests assume responsibility for any damages or injury caused by their animals. Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy and pet fees must be paid.
To help you settle in, we provide a starter pack of essentials including trash bags, dishwashing pods, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, creamer, and sugar.
