A minimum biohazard cleaning fee of $75 will be charged for blood, urine, feces, pet waste, etc. No parties or events are allowed, and violations will result in immediate eviction. The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. A $75 initial late fee applies for guests that do not check out by 11 am and $40/hour thereafter. Pest control is routinely carried out in all units, and due to the coastal location and high humidity, there may be occasional sightings of water bugs, spiders, mosquitos, flies, cockroaches, June bugs, ants, and other pests.
