If pets are kept off all furniture, bedding, sheets, and blankets, or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed. We can accommodate either 1 large animal (50-75 lbs) or two small animals (under 40 lbs). Pets must be kenneled and house trained. All pets must be leashed at all times when outside of the home. Pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste in our garbage receptacles outside of the home. Guests are responsible for any damages or injury caused by their animals. Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy and pet fees must be paid. The Ring doorbell on the back entry is for security purposes and records video and audio.
