Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. Guests must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Each apartment has a maximum occupancy limit. Guests cannot receive mail at this property. All vehicles parked on the premises are parked at the risk of the owner. Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft at the apartment, premises, or property caused by the guests, their visitors, or other persons present in the apartment during the guests’ stay. Guests are required to provide a scanned or photographed copy of their valid, government-issued photo ID during the virtual check-in process for the purpose of performing a background check or screening. The check-in time is at 4:00 p.m. and checkout time is at 10:00 a.m. Guests will be charged an early check-in fee of $25 for checking in earlier than 4:00 p.m. Guests will be charged a late checkout fee of $25 for any checkouts after 10:00 a.m. Guests cannot check-in early or checkout late without permission from the host. Failure to leave all access items (fobs, keys, and parking passes) behind will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $450 per item. If it is determined that an infestation has been brought into the apartment or onto the premises, you may be charged for any and all costs and expenses deemed necessary to address the infestation.
