I do not normally leave negative reviews, but future tenants deserve to know what they may be walking into.

Since moving in, I have dealt with a severe roach infestation throughout my apartment, including in my bed, bathroom, kitchen, and living areas. I cannot comfortably cook, store food, or put my clothes away without concern. I have documented numerous sightings, including baby roaches and adults carrying egg sacs. Despite reporting the issue and cooperating with pest control treatments,... the problem continues.

The infestation has affected my ability to sleep and has caused physical health concerns, including a documented rash after being bitten. On one occasion, I killed 15 roaches in my bedroom within 20 minutes. I repeatedly reported these issues and eventually contacted local code enforcement.

The pest problem is not the only concern. I can see daylight through my front door when it is closed, exposed nails have torn my clothing, several surfaces appear unfinished or improperly repaired, and there are broken doors within the unit. These issues were documented on my move-in inventory sheet. The apartment was also not properly cleaned and still contained belongings left behind by previous occupants.

I have sent more than ten emails regarding these concerns and received only a few responses, some of which repeated previous information without addressing my questions. I requested meetings on multiple occasions and received no response. I was never offered a transfer or meaningful accommodation and was told resolving the infestation could take three months or longer.

Communication from management has often been inconsistent and dismissive, making it difficult to obtain clear timelines or solutions. Maintenance issues have also continued, including trash left outside my unit and a fan left on the patio for an extended period.

Tenants should not have to live with pests in their beds while waiting months for habitability issues to be addressed. I encourage anyone considering renting here to thoroughly inspect the property and ask about pest control history, maintenance response times, and management communication before signing a lease.

Horrible apartments! Sewage floods the outside And inside and management doesn't care. Multiple work orders were placed months ago yet they refuse to do anything. Even the "manager" continuously lies about sending someone out every time.

Got a new stove, but that’s the only good thing. The fridge didn’t have a light. The dishwasher smells like death and it completely rusted. The gym is closed and no posting about it. Instead of fixing they just paint over it (A/C inlet vent was so rusty and filled with clumps of dust that is now painted on, they even painted the toilet and the shower). The vents blow the awesome scent of fresh ashtray. There is nothing complete in here either. Sinks with no aerators, light and ceiling fans with... no lights. The renovation night crew play super loud music while working and throw stuff in the sidewalk area. The A/C filter isn’t even the correct size they stuff a shorter wider one in and cut a piece of another filter to fill the gap! Soft spots on the walls. The entry door has such a big gap from the weather seal that it not much different than just leaving the door wide open. Says it’s gated, which is not true. There is a fence around the entire complex but the gates are always open. No light/ceiling fan at all in the living room. Not worth it! What new management has done in such a short time is amazing!

Have had a leak since we moved in and we’ve continuously reported it and they’ve done nothing to fix it so we have mold in our bathroom and rust all down our shower. None of our outlets work in the kitchen, and our dishwasher worked one time and hasn’t worked since. The management doesn’t care to fix our problems at all and always claims that the maintenance person isn’t in. So do they not have one?? There are so many issues with this place it’s ridiculous. Water gets turned off ALL THE TIME but... yet the water bill is never discounted and there has been sewage issues so there is poop and toilet paper coming up onto the sidewalk and into the street it’s DISGUSTING.
