We’ve lived at Azure since 2017, and for years it was a great experience. The property was well-maintained, and management was responsive and professional. Unfortunately, over the past year, things have significantly declined under the new property management. We’ve dealt with recurring roach problems, AC issues during peak heat, broken gates that stay unrepaired for long stretches, and a refrigerator that stopped cooling not once, but twice. Maintenance requests are poorly handled, often... requiring us to escalate the issue through documentation, repeated follow-ups, and even in-person visits just to get a basic resolution. Staff communication is inconsistent, and maintenance visits are not documented or communicated to residents, making it impossible to know if anything has actually been done.

Pros: environmental upkeep is wonderful!
Cons: maintenance requests will take forever to be met, you can attempt to call and they will tell you “tomorrow” and tomorrow ends up being months later. Which leads me to my next thing, calling the office is So. Hard. They never answer and when they do.. it’s makes your day because you conquered the impossible. Our gates are always broken (they never fixed the side gate btw) they are always posting random extra charges to your account for “reembursed... trash or water”. I have greatly enjoyed living here this past year. The staff is wonderful. They strive to build a sense of community. The grounds are lovely. The apartment is perfect for my needs.

These apartments are very well kept and very comfortable. Neighbors are pretty quiet. The management are always interacting with our apartment community through nice little giveaways, that's so sweet and they are very caring.

The staff is nice. The floor plans are great. It's an average, decent place to live.
