    Place has gone downhill

    We’ve lived at Azure since 2017, and for years it was a great experience. The property was well-maintained, and management was responsive and professional. Unfortunately, over the past year, things have significantly declined under the new property management. We’ve dealt with recurring roach problems, AC issues during peak heat, broken gates that stay unrepaired for long stretches, and a refrigerator that stopped cooling not once, but twice. Maintenance requests are poorly handled, often… requiring us to escalate the issue through documentation, repeated follow-ups, and even in-person visits just to get a basic resolution. Staff communication is inconsistent, and maintenance visits are not documented or communicated to residents, making it impossible to know if anything has actually been done.
