Bay Vista/Bay Vista Pointe

Moved in the May 1st, 2026. The unit had not been cleaned from the previous tenant. Nails still in the walls from pictures, along with marks and scuff on the paint. The A/C was not working and I was told that since we lived on the 4th floor of the complex that it would not keep up. Turns out the A/C needed a new compressor, and once completed it still does not work properly. For 700 square feet, I have a $300 dollar light bill. It took 6 attempts - not making this up 6 attempts to clear a... clog in the kitchen sink. A solid month with a slow draining sink and dirty water in the dishwasher. My clothes dryer has not worked in a month. The manager is blaming the company that came out to clean the dryer vent ducts, but I don't rent from that company and I cannot get a date as to when it will be fixed.
There is no communication when you place requests for service, nor does anyone answer the phone, and often the door is locked when you try to address any issues in person. I travel for work and move every couple of years for the last 12 years. This is the worst place I have ever paid for, and no one seems to care.

Issue with large roaches, broken window, not clean when I moved in, mold in cupboards, urine smell throughout apartment even though there was new carpet. Most of maintenance quit.
