Brawner Park Apartments

I have lived here for a few months and I completely enjoy it. The property manager is very respectful and responsive. The buildings look good and are centrally located in the city. The rent is fair and the apartments are large. I don't plan on moving anytime soon.

These apartments are by far the most affordable I have ever lived. The owner and property manager are outstanding. Any time I had an issue, they were there for me. Previous place i lived was covered with roaches. They fumigate four times a year and if you notice any, they will come fumigate again. There is also washer dryer area. Very convenient. You can use with your laundry card that they give you when you sign it. Thank you! Highly recommended.

I love this apartment, quiet and tucked away yet centrally located. The complex itself offered 1 & 2 bedroom units, mine happens to be a 1, it’s huge and spacious, laundry room in walking distance. I was iffy on moving in as I had read reviews of its past, HOWEVER, I learned a little before I moved in that the property had just been acquired by its current management team, and I have to say they are amazing! Any maintenance issue I’ve ever had has been taken care of within 24 hours, it’s life... things happen, but the management team has always come through. There’s no pests, management makes sure to keep the units treated. They keep the grounds clean and cut, & of course it’s extremely affordable!
