Caspian Apartments

Day three and still no Hot water, I’ve tried calling management numerous times no one picks up, I call later on phones are turned off I try the “On call” maintenance and no shows up this is ridiculous at this point anyone else experiencing this issue? I can’t use the maintenance app because nothing has been transferred over yet that’s because we moved in last year in November.

I currently live here. Moved in March 2023. I chose one of the newly renovated up graded unites. I have constantly had issues. For weeks my kitchen would back up. Eventually that got fixes to only have the apartment across from me start leaking sewage from its front door. Stinking up my walkway. The next day after the sewage leak got fixed my kitchen sink started varying up. They don't care about your living conditions they just want your money. The staff turn around is out of control. Great place to live in , Very nice Apartments upgraded units , Property looks amazing . The staff is great Belinda and Brooke and the entire office personal will help you in any way possible. Belinda is very genuine she will go far and beyond to help you . Never have to wait for anything to be fixed in my apartment. Maintenance work's very hard to have the property looking amazing. But it starts with a great leadership and that would start Mrs. Belinda.

I moved out in August of 2021 after giving 60 days written notice and living without AC for months in 90+ inside temperatures. In April 2022 a collection account popped up on my credit report for $2300 showing I owed unpaid rent starting in Dec 2021. I contacted the office and was told they couldn't even find a record that I lived there. But they didn't remove the account from collections so I assume they think I'll pay for an apartment I didn't live in and apparently didn't have a lease for. Apartments are INFESTED with roaches, they will NOT spray your apartment so be prepared to spend $$ trying to help fix the roach problem because they do not supply you with anything, police are always here (not in the good way), neighbors are so loud during all times of day, neighbors are disgusting!!! Seriously, look elsewhere. It is definitely over charged for living in a roach pit!!!
