Amazing community and staff here!! They are quick to acknowledge any issues you may have and quickly settle them. ALL the amenities are great and they are a nice way to have fun without going far.

The staff and neighbors have been welcoming ever since we moved in. The location is great, close to the things we need but still tucked away in a quiet place where we enjoy the scenery of the community and the amenities it has to offer. Maintenance is the best, completing requests in a timely manner. We could not be happier here and look forward to renewing our lease next year!

Place is nice, but I pay for parking, and in the three months I’ve lived here, I’ve had to report my spot being taken four times, and one of those four, the resident who had taken my spot was extremely hostile to me, and a friend I had with me. I emailed the office, to no response, and have since seen this same resident park their vehicle in numerous reserved spots, with their own verbal admission that they do not have a reserved spot of their own. The lack of response from management is a major... red flag to me. It is 100% the reason I will NOT be renewing my lease. A grown male resident being hostile and aggressive to a young woman late at night in a dark parking lot, over HER parking spot, is a safety issue, and considering we’re both residents and the issue is over reserved parking, this should absolutely be addressed by management. And not take over a month of repeated emails just to get a confirmation of receipt, and then absolutely no further action or communication.

Overall, not positive severe lack of communication from management staff rent is excessive for the amenities is provided. Pool is very rarely cleaned, even though they close it weekly for cleaning frequently there’s debris in the pool. My car was towed from a reserve spot that I pay for monthly. Maintenance issues are swept under the rug and take months to complete.

Really like tho location of this apartment, touring it was really easy and straightforward. Whole process was easy and they were always available when I needed help.
