A simple truthful review. You will have consistent maintenance issues and when you call in a maintenance issue to the office you will be waiting months for them to actually fix something. I've had constant plumbing issues to the point that it took 1 year to have a simple trash disposal replaced, and that's only because the sewer backed-up into the kitchen sink :( I wore my pandemic mask all night because of the horrible sewer smell. SMH I would continue to list all the issues I encountered but… mentally, I can't go there. It's too exhausting. The staff in the office is rude about 90% of the time and makes it pretty clear that they could care less about the tenant experience while leasing. The rent unexpectedly went up with added additional monthly fees (pest control fee, trash fee, street fee, and pet fee). Listen, I am finishing off my last lease here and would say from one human to another, you can do better just about anywhere else. If there were any advantages to considering living here, I would mention them. Wish I would have seen a review like this before I decided to rent here. I have loved living at this apartment it is so nice and everyone is so friendly !!! Definitely recommend to anyone in the Corpus Christi area!
