My family and I recently moved here from another Apartment community in corpus, and we really enjoyed the change. We love spending time at the pool and I met some great people there, which has made it feel even more like home. My wife works remotely and really appreciates having access to the 24 Business Center and conference room. It’s been a huge convenience for us! Office ladies and Maintenance have been good with us as well.

We love living here! It's our paradise in retirement ..the aesthetics , the management , the beautiful sunsets and the pool area overlooking the bay .we love everything . The manager Beth is such a joy to have as a manager! She goes beyond for her residents to feel welcomed and stays on top of the community for our safety and happiness ! Signed out 2nd lease

My girlfriend and I moved here last summer and have had a really good time so far! We have enjoyed the great community functions the manager and her team put on for us. Our neighbors are cool. We haven't been able to use all the amenities except the gym and movie theater. Very helpful and nice. We have enjoyed our home here. Plan on staying another year.

My husband and I have recently retired and decided to move here from Virginia. We've been very pleased with our neighbors, the office team and maintenance.
One small issue with our microwave, but maintenance was out same day and took care of it. This is our fourth month here and we are really enjoying it!
