Black mold. No help !!! Stay away!!! Takes a year to get things repaired. Reported roof leak a month before I found black mold. They patched roof 3 weeks. After mold was found.

Lived in the 2 bedroom 1 bath on the first floor on an 11 month lease. (They did not rent 12 month leases for some reason.) There are two Red Flag problems with these apartments: Terrible Insulation (Doors, walls and windows) and the Water Heaters.
These apartments all have 1/2 size water heaters. My two year old refused to take baths because it would get half an inch of warm then turn ice cold. I was boiling water for about a month to make a semi decent bath before we moved to holding him in... the shower in order to have enough hot water. My husband and I had to do a rotating shower schedule to ensure that our son got the hot water with one of us. The other would have to go without. To be clear: this water heater couldn't handle running a single 15 minute shower without turning cold. Maintenance said it was due to the size and they couldnt do anything for us.
The insulation on the windows and walls is terrible. Not only does this raise the electric bill but the rain would come in from the window seams in the smaller bedroom. We emailed video of the leaks to the office and it was never fixed. Maintenance said the would 'try to find a solution' but never made any repairs.
Our lease was up in January and I insisted we pay to break it early ($900) and leave in November. The cold from the terrible insulation and lack of hot water was impossible to deal with once winter hit. MOVE ANYWHERE ELSE.

Everything I've ever dreamed of in a living situation, and beyond.
Puts the H in home. Quiet, clean, friendly, quality housing. The next best thing to owning a house, I reckon.
