The best apartment I've lived at so far!
After living at various other apartments through my 4 years of college in Corpus Christi this has, by far, been my favorite. I feel safe with the The current property manager, Seth, is compassionate and caring for all the residents and doesn't see the tenants as just opportunities for profit.
Seth is quick to resolve any issues with my apartment and has been more than flexible when I needed it. As a student who relies on grants to pay for some of my living expenses he is more than willing to... work with me. Additionally, the on-property maintenance staff are highly knowledgeable and personable. They are quick to resolve any issue present and, if they can't, then the turnover time for outside help is no longer than 24 hours.
The apartment building itself is older but with the new interior upgrades, brand new stainless steel appliances and modern floorplans you wouldn't know this building is as old as it is. One small thing considering the apartment is older, the smell of cigarettes was prominent in my unit for the first few days since the previous tenant was a heavy smoker but it has since been resolved after settling in.
As for cons, there aren't really any major issues. I would like to see doggy waste stations out front to ensure neighbors clean up after their dogs and the front yards to be extinguished of stickers.
All in all a great place to live that includes all bills except electricity, ease of convenience for students and a quiet place for those who need it.
