Run don't rent from here!!!
If I could attach photos I would. Work leaks from the ceiling and through the roof when it rains heavily. I found Actual black mold in my bathroom. They let drug dealers live there. You walk around and there is trash all over. People are in the pool throwing parties until 12 or 1 am. Dogs are let out running around. Don't walk in the grass with looking or you'll step in dog poop. The list goes on.
