The dining area offers multiple options, including bar stools at the kitchen island and a dinner table with seating. Relax in the main floor living room with an oversized L-shaped sectional and large HDTV, or head to the upper floor for theatre-style seating and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Free parking is available in the garage or on the driveway, with additional parking on neighborhood streets. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, maximum of two pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee per additional guest.

No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances. The fireplace is gas operated and should not be left unattended. We offer plenty of body towels, but guests are encouraged to bring their own pool towels.
