It’s quiet, respectful, and shoe-free inside. Has a large backyard and I don't use any pesticides so you can freely ground and enjoy the sun.

Access & privacy:
You’ll have secure entry to the home, plus private bedroom access with keyless entry (code/fingerprint/key depending on setup).

Location:
Safe area with walking trails and amenities.
Very convenient area—close to H-E-B, Trader Joe’s, Sprouts, Whole Foods, and other everyday essentials. Sprouts is about 20 minutes (around 8 miles) away, with easy access to main roads for getting around Houston.

House guidelines:
We keep things simple and respectful here:
Women only (I live here)
No pets
Overnight guests must be approved by all house members
Cleanliness and care for shared spaces is important
