All that glitters ain’t gold!!
I wanted this review to be fair and factual.
Since moving in mid-March, I’ve submitted 13–14 maintenance requests, with issues starting immediately and continuing for months.
1. I was charged for a garage but didn’t receive a working clicker for about a month, and someone else was using my assigned space. It took weeks to resolve.
2. A move-in repair request for cracked sheetrock was closed but never completed.
3. My washer was partially disassembled and unusable.
4. The refrigerator ice... maker and water dispenser didn’t work. I was initially told to buy my own filter, though it should have been provided.
5. My washer continued staining clothes.
6. About six weeks in, the third bedroom roof leaked and part of the ceiling collapsed. Repairs weren’t finished until June, leaving the room unusable while I paid full rent. My rent concession request is still unresolved, and the carpet was only cleaned after I asked.
7. I had to request lubrication for noisy garage door hinges.
8. The front door lock battery failed shortly after move-in.
9. Water continues to collect in my dryer despite being marked as fixed.
When I asked the leasing office for corporate contact info after waiting over a month on my rent concession, I was told to resend emails they already had.
The property looks nice, but my experience has been ongoing maintenance issues and slow responses.
I will not be renewing my lease and cannot recommend this property.
