The use of amplified sound equipment audible beyond the property line is prohibited from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Vehicles must be operable, licensed, and parked inside the garage; oversized commercial vehicles (15,000+ lbs) are not permitted unless actively loading or unloading. Smoking is not allowed in the house and inside the building, and you shall be charged a $500 penalty for smoking inside the unit and asked to vacate the unit. Guest can smoke within a reasonable distance from the building entrance. No cats and dogs are allowed in the house, unless special permissions are granted, and there is a $75 per day charge for cats or dogs unless waived in writing. There is a $250 charge for unauthorized parties. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, 7 days a week. You will be charged a $500 replacement fee if you were given a parking pass and it was not returned. Stays over 5 nights require a basic criminal background check.
