Pool access is available, where allowed by season and weather, typically Memorial Day to Labor Day, with pool and community area access limited to 2 guests at a time. Fitness center and lounge access are also available. An additional pet fee of $100-300, based on stay length, is collected separately, with a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds.

Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $500 penalty will be assessed for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal.
