We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. Only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting the property. Violations of the no-smoking policy are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. Pets are not allowed. To comply with local noise ordinances and prevent unauthorized parties, a noise alert device is installed in the home, which measures decibels and sends alerts if reasonable noise levels are exceeded. Rest assured, your privacy is our utmost concern; this device does not record or store sound data.
