**Great Value and Luxury Living in Downtown**

I absolutely love living here! You get incredible bang for your buck with these luxury units in downtown.

**Parking:** The parking is secure, with a gated entrance and hotel valet on the first floor, meaning there’s constant activity 24/7, which helps deter crime.

With only 150 units, it’s easy to get to know your neighbors, which is a big plus!

The rooftop pool is fantastic, with an attached TV room and restrooms. It’s rarely crowded, and you… almost never see strangers up there.

There are great amenities like a full dog wash, an art studio, a music room, and more.

A huge bonus for me is the park across the street, where my doodle loves to explore.

If you’re considering moving downtown, I 100% recommend checking this place.

DO NOT LIVE HERE

This place will file all your paperwork wrong, overcharge you to move in and never give you your deposit back. The rooms are small and depressing and they will say anything to get you to sign a lease. If you like to walk out of your home and have homeless people harass you then this is the place for you.

Upscale Apartment with a Reasonable Price

1900 Residences are wonderful!!! It is more than an apartment, but a community of fun loving people. The large shared room is perfect for business and get togethers with friends and the artistic decor throughout makes for a very chic living experience. I love that there are so many restaurants and attractions within walking distance as well.

I never want to move out!

I've been living at 1900 Pacific since it opened it has been a fun experience watching this property continue to develop every single day. The community here is unlike any other and the staff are dedicated to helping the residents. I love my A1 floorplan - perfect size, great kitchen, but the shower/tub combo in the bathroom is my favorite.SO much value in this property, I am very lucky to have found it!
