With a spacious living room, a dream kitchen, and a backyard meant for entertaining, this place is perfect for large groups of families. Here, you can cook together, play in the backyard, and make amazing memories. The kitchen is fully equipped with standard appliances, cooking essentials, and a kitchen island with seating. The dedicated dining room features a table with seat settings for six or more guests, decorative lighting, and a wall mirror. The living room offers comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi, all within an open concept layout for easy socializing. The bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind, including a master ensuite with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, and three additional bedrooms with queen and bunk beds, comfortably sleeping up to 15 guests. The bathrooms are stunning with a spa-like atmosphere, featuring a stand-up walk-in shower, a relaxing bathtub, and essential toiletries. The spacious backyard is designed for entertaining with an outdoor BBQ grill, a fire pit with loungers, and a fully fenced yard for privacy.
Free parking is available to all guests in the garage or on the driveway. If additional parking is needed, feel free to park on the neighborhood streets as well. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability and may include a small additional fee. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29 per night fee for each additional guest.

A noise alert device is installed to monitor noise levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am.
