Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule, and the contract will be immediately terminated. No smoking is allowed inside the property, and if caught smoking, you will be charged $250 per day of your booking. If you are bringing a pet, you must declare this when booking your reservation; breed restrictions may apply, and a pet fee per pet will apply, with a maximum of $300 for long-term stays. No parties are allowed. We use a noise monitoring device that detects noise levels inside the suite and have a zero-tolerance policy; you will be asked to leave if any noise level beyond a normal conversation is detected. Lost door keys or remote fob will be charged a $150 replacement fee. All persons staying overnight for the duration of the reservation must be accounted for on your guest list. If any violation of house rules are grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without refunds. Packages are not allowed to be ordered to this location for privacy reasons. All guests will be required to verify identity prior to accessing the property and must have a working phone number to contact for emergencies.
