Regular monthly maintenance and pest treatments are performed, and the partner will do their best to notify you 24 hours in advance if your stay coincides with these activities. No smoking or open flames are allowed, and violations will result in a $1,000 charge, possible cleaning fees, and a $500 ozone treatment. No parties or events are allowed. Check-in is any time after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. An extra fee of $50 per person or pet, per night, will be charged for any not declared on your reservation. Late check-out will incur a charge of $75 for every 30 minutes beyond the 10:00 AM check-out time.
