A $1,000 charge, possible cleaning fees, and a $500 ozone treatment will be charged for smoking of any kind. Guests must remove their own garbage during long-term stays. Any fines related to garbage or automotive issues imposed by the apartment complex or city are the guest’s responsibility. A cleaning is required once per month for long-term stays, and the fee will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Monthly inspections will be conducted with a 24-hour notice. Check-in is any time after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. A late check-out fee of $75 for every 30 minutes beyond the 10:00 AM check-out time will be charged.
