The DART Train Station is directly next to the building and will cause overnight turbulence, occasional horns, and noise. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis, but no cats are allowed. Undisclosed pets will result in a $500 fee. Regular monthly maintenance and pest treatments are performed, and the guest will be notified 24 hours in advance if their stay coincides with these activities. As an urban property, some city noise (trains, buses, traffic, construction, etc.) is to be expected. Violations of the no-smoking policy will result in a $1,000 charge, possible cleaning fees, and a $500 ozone treatment. A fee of $50 per person or pet, per night, will be charged for any unauthorized guests or pets not declared on the reservation.
