Bringing, storing, or using any weapon on the property will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and may be reported to us and the specific platform you're booking through and local authorities. By booking, guests agree to comply with this policy. Check-in time is from 4:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM maximum. Guests must be informed of the total number of guests spending the night and if there will be other guests visiting the property during their stay. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and extra guests spending the night that are not accounted for could generate extra fees. No parties or events of any kind are allowed on the property. Guests must be informed of all the cars that will be coming for their reservation, and all cars must be parked in the property’s garage and/or driveway. Smoking is not allowed indoors; if a guest smokes indoors, the monetary penalty will depend on the severity of the incident. Smoking outdoors on the property is allowed, and cigarette butts must be thrown in the trash. Drugs and inappropriate behavior are not allowed on the property. Garbage is picked up on specific days by the city; guests will be notified the night before to leave the trash out from 7 PM onwards. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them. Any violation of our house rules could cost part of or the entire security deposit (plus the penalty fees if applicable) and even the non-refundable cancellation of the reservation, depending on the severity of the violation.
