Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited and a violation will incur a $500 fine. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. For security, there are two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7, but there are no cameras inside the house to respect your privacy. Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund to the guest.
