Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance.
