A DART bus stop is just a short walk away, while Deep Ellum and nearby DART rail connections are only a few minutes away. Downtown Dallas is also easily accessible.
No Parties or Events – Gatherings beyond the registered guest list are not permitted. Maintain a peaceful environment after 9:00 PM. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. Unregistered visitors are not allowed without prior approval. Treat the unit with care and report any damage promptly. Absolutely no smoking of any kind (including 420) inside the unit or courtyards. Smoking must occur at least 40 feet from the building. Turn off all lights, A/C, and heating whenever you leave the property. No pets unless pre-approved by the owner (1 pet max, 50 lbs or less, $139 non-refundable deposit). Unauthorized pets incur a $1,000 fine. Check-out is 12:00 PM sharp. Late departures may result in additional fees. Do not move furniture. A $50 fee applies if items are not returned to their original position at check-out. Any damages will be billed to the guest and reported to the platform you booked on. Amenity hours: Gym 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Co-working Lounge: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Jacuzzi: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM. The jacuzzi/hot tub is currently unavailable for the season.
