Quiet hours are observed from 11 pm to 7 am. No pets are allowed, and evidence of pets inside the property will result in a $150 fine. No parties or large noisy social gatherings are permitted; there is a $500 surcharge for groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Smoking or vaping indoors is prohibited, and any cigarette butts must be disposed of off the property. A $500 fine will be issued for violating the strict no-smoking policy. An early check-in or late check-out can be requested for a $30 fee. A $50.00 per hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 11 am or the agreed-upon check-out time. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. No more than 3 people are allowed to stay in the unit. You will be charged accordingly if any personal property is damaged, lost, or stolen, or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up. Lock all windows and doors when not home, and turn off all lights when not in use. Garbage is to be disposed of in the garbage chute on every floor.
