Absolutely no smoking of any kind (including 420) inside the unit or courtyards; smoking must occur at least 40 feet from the building. Turn off all lights, A/C, and heating whenever you leave the property. No pets unless pre-approved by the owner (1 pet max, 50 lbs or less, $139 non-refundable deposit). Unauthorized pets incur a $1,000 fine. Check-out is 12:00 PM sharp. Late departures may result in additional fees.
