The sleeping arrangements of this single-level home are as follows: all in first floor. Primary Bedroom: King Bed, Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Bedroom 3: 2 Twin-Over-Twin Bunk Beds, Bedroom 4: 2 Queen-Over-Queen Bunk Beds. All Linens and towels provided. Kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates and much more, perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area and breakfast nook.
Pets are welcome with a fee of USD 150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for 7 or more guests, with a USD 39/night fee for each additional guest. The fourth bedroom will only be opened for groups of 12 or more guests.

Garbage is only picked up on certain days by the city, and guests will be informed the night before so they may leave the trash out from 7 pm onwards for pick-up at 7 am the next day.
