Worst Living Experience of My Life
This has been one of the most stressful and miserable living situations I have ever been in my life. There are a family of squirrels living in the attic, and because of that, mites have invaded my apartment. I have been getting bitten nonstop, every single day, for weeks. I cannot sleep, I cannot relax, and I do not feel safe or comfortable in my own home.
I reported this issue multiple times and even have proof through text messages, yet management did nothing. No urgency, no real pest control... , no concern for my health or well-being. Meanwhile, I am paying rent while being forced to live in a space that is completely unlivable.
The mental and physical toll this has taken on me is exhausting. Being bitten constantly and ignored by management is not something anyone should have to go through. This could have been prevented if they took tenant complaints seriously.
If you value your health, peace of mind, and basic living standards, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere before moving here.
I have videos of the squirrel scratching all night and photos of every bite mark that I have on my body. I contacted the property manager in the beginning of January about this situation and I still haven’t had wildlife or pest control Come over to remove the mite or the squirrels.

Hello, we’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating a pest concern can be.
As soon as this issue was brought to our attention, we immediately contacted our pest control vendor to inspect and address the situation.... During the inspection, the vendor found no evidence of mites or other pests inside the unit. Rodent control traps were also placed in the attic space as a precaution.
We have been actively working with our pest control team and have followed all recommended procedures. Additionally, the City of Dallas Code Compliance reviewed the matter and confirmed that the appropriate steps were taken.
We take all resident concerns seriously and remain committed to resolving issues as quickly as possible. Please contact the management office directly so we can continue working toward a solution.
Thank you
