Move out Experience

I had a wonderful experience living at CenterPoint Apartments. Throughout my stay, both the leasing and maintenance teams were professional, responsive, and truly helpful whenever assistance was needed. Any maintenance requests were addressed promptly, and the staff was always courteous and easy to reach.

The community is well-maintained, clean, and provides a comfortable living environment. The move-in process was smooth, and the management team remained supportive throughout my tenancy. I… especially appreciate how quickly the staff responded to questions and concerns, making the overall experience stress-free.

As I move out, I would like to thank Sabika and maintenance team for their excellent service and support during my stay. Their professionalism and dedication made CenterPoint feel like home.

I would gladly recommend CenterPoint Apartments to anyone looking for a well-managed community with outstanding customer service.

Excellent leasing experience

Sabika was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the leasing process at CenterPoint Apartments. She was professional, responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. She took the time to answer all my questions clearly, made the entire leasing experience smooth and stress-free, and ensured everything was handled efficiently.

I recently leased a 1-bedroom unfurnished unit, and I’m very happy with the apartment itself—the unit is spacious, well-maintained, and exactly what… I was looking for. Sabika made the whole process much easier with her friendly attitude and attention to detail.

Highly recommend working with Sabika if you’re considering CenterPoint Apartments!

Love it

The property is well kept and has good security and maintenance. my apartment was very clean and well done when I moved In. Everyone in the leasing office is so nice and K Lee was so so helpful!
