I have been living in this property for almost four years now. This has been one of the best places I have lived in Dallas. The units are completely renovated with brand new appliances, flooring and windows, providing a beautiful detailed finish to it. The landlord is amazing, always available to take care of anything you could need regarding anything about the units. The building still under renovation but rest assured that as a tenant you won’t be disturbed by the work. The pool is the best... fixture about the property in my opinion, beside the quiet and relaxing community vibes.

Best apartments on Gaston

These are the best apartments on Gaston! After touring many others in the area these are an absolute hidden gem with incredible amenities such as a resort style pool, a very large hot tub, an onsite gym with a smith machine & most of all a great community that offers a sense of peace. The apartments have granite countertops throughout along with Samsung appliances. Every detail in this complex has been carefully thought out and curated to offer a resort style feel without ever leaving your... home. I absolutely love living here.

Diamond in the Rough

This is the nicest apartment complex on Gaston Ave., with a resort style community and very nice details to the interior of the apartments. They are still renovating the building but once you see the inside, you'll want to live there. If you value quality and affordability, this is the place to live.
