Before choosing the Courthouse Apartments, I toured numerous properties throughout both the downtown and uptown areas. What immediately distinguished Courthouse Apartments from the rest were the exceptional amenities, spacious open-concept floor plans, oversized walk-in closets, modern appliances, luxurious tiled bathrooms, and beautifully designed granite kitchens. The attention to detail throughout the apartment is impressive, from the abundance of electrical outlets and multiple internet... connection points to the thoughtful layout that allowed me to easily set up televisions in both my living room and bedroom.
One feature I particularly appreciate is the remarkable sound insulation between units. I rarely hear my neighbors, and the excellent insulation also keeps the apartment comfortable year-round while making it highly energy efficient. The community amenities have consistently impressed both me and my guests — especially the resort-style pool, jacuzzi, outdoor grilling areas, fitness center, and outdoor entertainment space with television viewing.
While I originally moved here because of the outstanding interior and exterior features, after living here for over a year, I can confidently say that the true strength of Courthouse Apartments is the sense of community and the professionalism of the management team. The residents are friendly, courteous, and genuinely welcoming, creating an atmosphere that truly feels like home.
In the past year, I have only experienced one minor appliance issue, and maintenance resolved it the very same day. That level of responsiveness and care speaks volumes about the quality of management here. One of the things I appreciate most is the community itself. The tenants are friendly, respectful, and create a welcoming environment that feels safe and comfortable. The location is also... excellent — close to everything Dallas has to offer while still providing a peaceful place to come home to.

The community is so kind and friendly. Super easy to make friends and be a good neighbor. The pool and amenities rival many resorts.

I've lived in two separate units and both are superb quality. The in unit appliances are all new and updated. I don't think I can live with out an oversized sink in the kitchen again.

The stand out feature though is the family that owns the property. Not dealing with a management company that just wants to squeeze every last penny out of you is truly a blessing.... They have been quick to address every issue I've had and gotten anything fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Read More

When I first moved here, I was most excited about the amenities. Let me start by saying I moved here blindly with no friends or family in TX at all. I also have never known or spoken to my neighbors before moving to this community. The appliances, the amenities and ambiance of the apartments are amazing. Aside from these great qualities, the community is what keeps me. My initial intention was to come here for a year, just to say I lived somewhere away from home, but after meeting the other... tenants I decided to stay. The landlord is kind, courteous and always available for whatever you need. He does an absolute phenomenal job of picking trustworthy tenants that believe in true community.
