Dallas Urby

As the wife of a registered architect, we were drawn to the beautiful finishes and elegance of the building. But, having lived here a few months, I have learned that looks can be deceiving. Security issues are my concern as a bunch of 20 something -year-old’s, well intended, but in experienced, are leading the security —they are overly sensitive, spend too much time texting and chitchat among themselves. Thus, I have had resident coordinators who are not able to problem, solve nor want to get... off their chairs. I do love the cleanliness of the building, the splendor and elegance are a bound.

Great place for the party person who has just graduated college or is 20 to 35, but security issues make it not the place for a six-year-old who has lived in $1 million home. It’s 13th grade on steroids and if I were 30, I would adore the DJ blasting at the pool!

Hands down one of the best spots to live downtown. The staff goes above and beyond and is always available if you find yourself in a bind. It’s all about the details and they nail every one of them. Especially if you have pets it’s a great area with a lot of accessibility. Would highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the market.

Love these apartments! They are perfect for creatives and business owners. The staff is fantastic ESPECIALLY Ben at the front he is very knowledgeable, professional, and personable! When first touring He was able to show me around a bit and really sold me on the Urby lifestyle! Kennedy and Jasmine always brighten my day and make me feel welcomed! Stylish apartments in a fun location near Downtown Dallas. The amenity spaces are stunning, and the apartments are very well thought out and have very unique and functional finishes. The Design District is very walkable and there's always something to do nearby: Urby hosts events for residents, the Virgin Hotel is right across the street, Ferris Wheelers a short walk away (and more). The community is so welcoming, so if you're new to Dallas you'll have no trouble meeting new people. The leasing... agent, Danyel, is very knowledgeable about Urby and all of Dallas. The concierge team- Ben, Dane, Getsy, Jasmine, Kennedy, and Shazad- is always warm and able to answer questions or suggest nearby spots to eat and things to do on a weekend. Maintenance always calls to let you know they're on the way, so no surprise visits. Aaron, Eddie, Eric, and Jesus make sure work orders are addressed quickly and are very friendly.
