Living on rotten wood, discrepancies with rent and utilities with Conservice, tenants scared apartments are going to catch fire to to wiring and staff does nothing, phone never answered, emails ignored until multiple emails sent

I checked out this place the other day as I am in the process of moving to Dallas from Denver. There is new ownership and the place has undergone a big renovation. The units are modern but also have a cozy feel. Also, the units are spacious and have big closets, which is a must for me. The pool will be nice for the hot summers in Texas. The location is also great and I am excited to check out the nearby locations like White Rock Lake. I am planing to move into one of the new units within the... next month or so.

I work at fedex nearby, and I checked out this apt today- it’s by far the best apartment complex in the area. New ownership is redoing all the units, adding a pool and clubhouse, and painting the exterior. It’s definitely going through a big upgrade. Glad I got in here today, I’m going to wait for one of the new units. Hopefully moving in next month.
