Infinity on Yorktown

I was super excited to move here! My first night my car was towed. The gates are broken 24/7. There is dog poop and garbage everywhere. The management and staff are lazy and mean. I won’t be shocked if they increase our rent.

The property is filthy. Expect to see trash everywhere.

Everything is broken. Gates have been broken for months. We also have pedestrian gates and they have been broken for months.

Cars, garages, and storage units get broken into regularly.

Expect to hear dogs barking on patios for hours at a time.

Expect to smell smoke in elevators. Expect elevators to be filthy.

Take a tour and see for yourself. You literally can see it any day of the week. It's embarrassing.

Lack of communication, empathy, and attention to detail. This property allowed for my car to be towed twice after they failed to effectively communicate and enter my vehicle information into the system. No one has the time, patience, or the money to just be giving away because someone was too lazy to put my information in the system. This is completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.. definitely would not recommend anyone to live here as the property management team doesn’t... care about anything but collecting a check. I used to love living here when I first moved in. Until my car was broken into, which started a spiral of other issues. My AC has been broken twice so far, with temporary fixes offered each time. I was left in an 85 degree apartment last week for 5 days and told to “figure something out” and that “everyone in Texas is experiencing this”. Management is absolutely awful & doesn’t care about you once you sign your lease. They are rude and offer no valid solution to any problem. Don’t be fooled by the nice new pictures they posted. I absolutely loved living here when I first moved but things have quickly gone downhill. Management is unresponsive and sometimes even rude. I asked about a one bedroom unit in the same building and never got a response. The gates are always open or broken. We have had multiple maintained people come in without request or notice. We only knew because there was a faucet left outside of the door and tools left on our kitchen counter. Again, no... note or maintained request.
As far as the apartment goes, it looks nice from the outside but there are lots of issues. My apartment is permanently coated in dust. It gets better when they change the air filter but is back to being dusty within a couple weeks. The walls are incredibly thin and any step from above or voice is incredibly loud. The highway next to the apartment is also kinda loud sometimes. Good location (except for highway noise) and nice amenities but I definitely would not recommend. Read More
