Living here for the past two years has been amazing with moments of hiccups. The overall experience has just been wonderful. The new management team hit the ground running, solving problems and providing constant updates about the community. I'm well pleased!

I have been having problems with service request and communication with management in regard to resolving my issues with appliances. I have put in several requests for the same problem, people enter the apartment and resolve the ticket. I then have to resubmit a new request and still have not have the same issues resolved. I understand they are using an outside vendor for appliances and they can't seem to diagnosis the problems and resolve them. Week after week I do not have working... appliances VERY POOR SERVICE.

When Greystar took over the property, we found that there was little preventative maintenance on appliances leading... to a back log of service requests on these important features of the home. I’ve been living at The National Residences for about 4 months now, and I regret every minute of it. The staff here is incredibly unreliable and unresponsive to emails—I've reached out multiple times for various issues, but no one ever gets back to me.
The building’s elevator situation is an absolute joke. Out of the 6 elevators, only 1 works at a time, which means waiting forever just to get to your floor. It’s beyond frustrating, and I can't believe a building of this size is so poorly... maintained in that regard.
To make matters worse, the noise level on the higher floors is unbearable. It's so loud that I’ve had to sleep with pillows over my ears just to get any rest. It’s a constant struggle to find some peace and quiet, and I’m genuinely shocked at how poorly soundproofed the place is.
On top of everything, the concierge has confirmed that my mail was delivered, but it’s mysteriously gone missing every time. It’s clear there’s no accountability or attention to detail here.
Overall, I’d strongly advise looking elsewhere. This place has been nothing but a headache since I moved in.

We have been attacking the issues with the elevators since we arrived, and we have new plans in place to improve this part of the building's experience.
