Gross, dirty, and loud. Should be called “ROACH Trails Apartments”. YUCK!

Quiet and Peaceful

I live in RedBird Trails in Dallas Texas. I've been here for two years and I work from home so I see and hear everything. They are quiet and most of the time there is no drama or anything like that. Tina is the property manager and even though she comes off a little hard she always gets the job done. The apartments are reasonable on pricing and maintenance is PERFECT! You can call about a problem on Monday morning and they will be there professional and efficient. Molly and Yolanda also work in… the office. They are always pleasant and professional. The apartments are big and spacious. Come see us! They are some of the best for their area.

Good people live here.

I have been here only a few months and its beautiful. My neighbors speak and we watch out for each other. The staff is friendly and heplful. Our maintenance workers do what needs to be done in a timely manner. I like the fact that its close to my children school, they can use the computer room after school to help them out with their homework. Red Bird Trails Apartments are in a nice location, close to resturants and shopping malls.
