The Loren Apartments

Management is horrendous; rent is overpriced for the quality you are receiving. The mailboxes have been vandalized for nearly half a year, yet they refuse to replace or repair broken mailboxes urgently after multiple reports. Over the course of this year, I've seen at least 3 neighbors/families come and leave this apartment complex because of poor management and quality.

I moved out 2 months and I still got a letter from a debt company saying I owe them some money.... a few hundreds. I honestly tell you this place is by far the worst I've been living in. They do not care about the residents, they always make extra charges and fees (packages fees? all packages are delivered to your door so what this fee is about?, building fee, they could never explain to me what this was for... pest control fee? they never do that in the whole time I lived there.... I can go on... and on). The area is nice and convenient to live in but this complex sucks big time. Rude staff, they barely answer the phone, etc etc.

Seriously people, you can find a better p0lace to live for way less money. Do not waste your money, time and mental health in this place. I hope this helps. Read More

Horrible place. Never freaking answer the phone. I’ve called for over a week trying to get info on a unit I saw and still can’t get a call back.

Do not rent here! I am a current resident and this is the worst place I have ever lived, including the projects! My apartment was trash and should have never been rented out, I had a big hole right in front of my door that wasn't fixed for 6 months, I have my front door light that wasn't working a year ago that still hasn't been fixed. My apartment had been flooded before I rented and they did not tell me, so we battled mold and mildew for 8 months. You call management on habitually noisy... neighbors and they do nothing, people let their animals just sh** in the parking lot without cleaning it up. On top of that they are raising their rent for this trash!!!!! If you have any other choice, PLEASE go somewhere else!!! If I could give negative stars I would give them negative 5 stars!!! Lived in a 3 bedroom in this rat and bug infested hell hole for less than a year. Had to threaten legal action to the managment team to get out of our lease penalty-free.

Remodeled? What a joke! Pest control? Hilarious! Gated community? That's rich.

Do yourself a favor, drive through the parking lot one time. Better yet, go at night! Don't worry, it's wide open! Even if it was gated, you're gonna LOVE the people you're gonna be neighbors with!

Do you like loud drunk people playing music from... 7pm to 3am in the "courtyards" that share walls with 8 units? How about not even cleaning up afterwords leaving food and bottles all over to lure more bugs and rodents in?

It doesn't matter if they clean up anyway, because let me tell you, both are there and there to stay thanks to managment not having a care in the world or approval from the owners who equally don't care about how overwhelmingly infested this place is. You will be powerless to fight against it. We sure tried. Flies, gnats, roaches of all sizes, mice, and rats. Not once a season... not occasionally... the entire time. They should put that on their list of amenities!

And hey, good on the boys down the block popping off a couple shots in the air every now and again to try and keep the property values low in the area! At least, that's what I hope they were doing... We did hear screaming following the gunshots sometimes.
