The Positano

My mom passed away. I called on Monday to ask could I have that week and that Saturday and Sunday to get her things out I was told no and I would need to be out by Friday. My mom was there for 16 years. Rent was always on time. She never complained when her apartment got flooded never complained about things not getting fixed in a timely manner. But was rushed to move out the office not open on Sundays and the maintenance not doing anything on Saturdays. I’m very disappointed

Pool not available on weekends. Maintenance is good and they do a great job in keeping the complex clean and are friendly. There is no exercise room available, and it could use upgrading in many areas. The front gate does not work, there is mud always in the parking lot, it is quiet for the most part. It is affordable however now with new owners you need to commit 4 months before your lease is up or you get penalized that is ridiculous.

The community seems to be well kept and residence treated well.

It seems to be a very peaceful and clean environment!

It’s okay could be better if people would not let their children live with them and play their music so loud at night.
