Tides on Park Lane

I really like the property right now. It is very clean, and the management has been doing a great job. She provides excellent customer service and has taken care of many things that needed to be fixed. I’m very happy with the improvements and the way the property is being managed. I’m glad to see the positive changes.

Office

I’m excited about the improvements coming in July! It’s great to see the community investing in renovations to make Tides at Park Lane an even better place to live. The new staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I highly recommend Tides at Park Lane and look forward to seeing all the positive changes!

You're likely to spend less at an AirBNB.

The residence is undergoing major property reconstruction. Or at least it should given the state of these dilapidated apartments. The management is rectifying problems on a one on one basis, which leads to a problem of "f.o.m.o." throughout the residence. There is a problem with theft here. An insect infestation will plague any home, yet you'll be better off defending your home with personal products you trust than relying on management. The 2-5 person maintenance team is either competent at the… job or won't respond to a call. There is no in-between.
