    Going Downhill FAST!

    This is my second time to move into the Verona. We choose to live here after we sell our home and while looking for another. This second time around the property has gone TO THE PITS! In the 3 months I have lived here, air conditioning broken - no repair for over 3 weeks. Elevators (this is a high rise building) broken twice. Although we are in a secure garage, my car was broken into. They supposedly have "video cameras" but were unwilling to look at the footage - makes me wonder if they are… functional. VASTLY different from our previous experience. Sadly there is little concern on the part of the management. My suggestion - move elsewhere!
