Villa Encanto

This apartments are infested with rats, you can hear them through the walls and air vents. Some people have them in there apartments, and there food and things are being ate/damaged because of them. Laundry mat is a mess, lights don’t work and there’s only 2 washers working!

They are older apartments complex but very nice apartments the office lady is the greatest and always fixed things in a timely matter

I have been fortunate enough to live here for almost a year now, and I hope it will be my "forever home!" The apartment manager, Hilda, is an amazing person and does her best to make sure all of the residents are happy and well-cared for. She is truly dedicated to making these apartments the home you will never want to leave. My unit is clean, pest-free, and surrounded by really good neighbors where I can safe at all times. Hilda is friendly nice calm helpful and I have any questions or concerns she responds quickly as possible and she is also kind. She helped me look at the place where I live now. She is the best manager on this property and I would love to keep her here forever as the manager.
