Great Office Team

the leasing office team of Kathy, Shaeleen and Gaby were very friendly and helpful. They were able to get me an apartment in two weeks the process was very easy. When i received the keys to the apartment it was very clean and the parking lot and landscaping is also clean. The maintenance crew are very nice and polite. I highly recommend Woodridge apt.

absurd policies

It's stressful to live here, everything is a reason for a fine, plus it has a swimming pool and gym for decoration, with office hours.Plus you have to rush to register your visitors' cars, because the tow truck takes them away very quickly.

Roaches Roaches Roaches

I do not recommend living here. I have been here 3 years and I have been complaining to the manager for months now about the major roach issue we have. No treatments have helped at all. It has gotten so bad that I even have roaches inside my fairly new washing machine. It’s so disgusting. Nothing has yet to be resolved.
