JUST MOVED IN!
Just moved in April 2nd. My apartment was ready before the scheduled time and it looked great! No issues!
I received 1st class service from the management! All my needs, questions, and concerns were met! Lana is a great classy role model for other managers to try and duplicate! I couldn't be more happy!

Loving Dayton living
I have recently moved in to Madison Court and I have to say I’m really impressed . The new manager Lana, is Very nice and prompt answers to questions or fix anything that might come up. I have to give this place all stars because it’s really the people who make the difference .

Quiet & Comfortable Place to Live
Lived here at Madison Court Apts for 1.5 years, I have had only one problem with my apt and it was addressed promptly. The manager Lana is very professional and the maintenance staff is great .

worst place i ever lived
cant say what I want to say because the website will kick you off for a negative review, bottom line Is i'm sittin in an apartment that was flooded form Hurricane Harvey, no call no response after message left on the emergency line, had to rip out saturated carpet, still no call, appliances fried from water, mopped and swept out water, senior citizens with health issues flooded, NO RESPONSE, you want to move here, knock on doors and talk to the tenets. A/C stopped working, cant open windows... because there are no screens on the windows, apartment stinks badly!!! poor management, poor maintenance, rent is cheap until contract is up then bend over because they jack it up severely , again want to live here knock on doors and talk to tenets.
